The biggest cost drivers are pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor protection, cabinet quality, control system, receiving cards, structure, installation height, and content requirements.
A smaller pixel pitch uses more LEDs per square meter and needs tighter calibration. It is valuable for close viewing, but unnecessary for large outdoor screens viewed from long distances.
For serious comparison, ask suppliers for the total installed cost, not only panel cost. Include spare modules, controller, wiring, mounting frame, installation, warranty, and on-site service.
